At ShopZET, customer trust and transparency are important to us. We maintain a clear and structured return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We approve returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a different or incorrect item

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (video must show the sealed package being opened)

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Order ID or proof of purchase must be provided

Return requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for approval

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items sent back without prior return approval

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • You may request a replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • Opt for a refund via UPI

Replacement is processed only after verification of the issue.


Refund Policy

Once your return is verified and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days

  • Refunds are issued via UPI

  • COD refunds are also processed through UPI transfer

Please ensure you provide accurate UPI details to avoid delays.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

How to Raise a Return Request

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Supporting photos (if required)

  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and share further instructions.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • ShopZET reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • We currently deliver only within India. International returns are not applicable.
